Dr. Ali Totonchi is a board-certified plastic surgeon by American board Plastic Surgery who has anchored his career in clinical excellence and specialized surgical leadership in Northeast Ohio since 2001. He established his elite clinical foundation by completing his rigorous plastic surgery residency training at University Hospitals / Case Western Reserve University, subsequently undertaking highly selective fellowships in facial cosmetic surgery and pediatric craniofacial surgery.

He also channels his reconstructive mastery into public service as the Medical Director of the multidisciplinary Craniofacial Disorders Clinic (CFD), directing a premier medical team in repairing pediatric cleft lips, palates, and major facial deformities.
