Dr. Totonchi is board-certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He graduated from the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences at the top of his class. Since 2001, he has practiced medicine in Northeast Ohio, beginning with his plastic surgery residency at University Hospital and continuing with fellowships in facial cosmetic and pediatric craniofacial surgeries.
Dr. Totonchi joined MetroHealth Medical Center in 2010 as a Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He serves as the on-site Director of Plastic Surgery Residents at MetroHealth Hospital and the Medical Director of the multidisciplinary Craniofacial Disorders Clinic (CFD). He leads a highly trained team of professionals there, caring for children with facial disorders, such as cleft lip, cleft palate, and facial deformities. He is also one of the few plastic surgeons in the area who performs surgical treatment of migraine headaches. Dr. Totonchi is the President of the Migraine Surgery Society and has been named to Newsweek’s America’s Best Plastic Surgeons in 2022 – 2026.
Brianna Patriarca is a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to serving patients of the Spa and practicing with minimally invasive procedures, including Botox, laser therapies, and fillers, to enhance one’s natural beauty. In addition, she will perform our overwhelmingly popular InMode (radiofrequency) treatments, including Evolve X, Evoke, and Morpheus 8. Brianna’s background includes more than ten years of surgical experience along with her passion for the beauty industry. Brianna brings with her extensive knowledge of the face and body, as well as her passion for facial rejuvenation.
Shawn Guyuron is an Aesthetician and Makeup Artist with 20 years of experience. Shawn has received and continues to participate in extensive training from major pharmaceutical-grade product lines. She also has a passion for and expertise in cosmetics and makeup artistry.
